"I'm still sorting out ideas for project "GrindForAmy" so I can get it off the ground. After talking with Kacy tonight and mentioning it to a few poker players, I really think it's going to do well. Most charities have something it specifically benefits though and that is what I am still pondering. Currently, I have only specified that the money goes to "people that make the world a better place" where as things like Ante up for Africa, Invisible Children, and Faceless, all have clear goals and meanings. People are going to be less inclined to give if they aren't sure of the purpose so I really need to give some thought as to what it'l specifically go to. The idea that has been lingering in my head most as of late is that they money will go to individuals who are having a positive effect on the well being of people in third world countries. Since poker is essentially about money, it really only makes sense to me for the money to go to people that are not as well off as we are. It would be nothing short of phenomenal to have to have our money going toward people in all areas of the world. Like, maybe we can start off supporting a guy in Africa, then over in China, followed by South America. I can see potentially there being a different section of the website for a particular place in the world that we are benefiting. I'm just rambling off thoughts and ideas now so if you all have any, let me know and i'd be more then happy to entertain them."
